Ospina is one of the founders of Red PaPaz, from the Parents’ Association of the Gimnasio La Montaña in February 2003. Since April 2004, she has dedicated her professional career toExecutive Management. Before the establishment of Red PaPaz, Ospina has worked in multiple professional programs devoted to community service.

Tiene una amplia experiencia en los sectores financiero y asegurador.

He has served as Financial and Administrative Vice President of Reaseguradora Hemisférica, President of Seguros Atlas, Manager of Forjar Inversiones and Prominsa. He has been a university professor for over twenty-five years at Cesa, in the chairs of Social Responsibility, Business Sustainability and Strategy. He is a member of several boards of directors in companies in the real estate and service sector and in foundations dedicated to children, education, and the elderly. Maya is the representative of GLM on the Board of Directors of the Educational Alliance.

Es directora y fundadora del Taller de Desarrollo Infantil Vueltacanela, un proyecto en primera infancia de más de 30 años. Es cocreadora del Modelo Crianza con el Cerebro en Mente que acompaña a familias, maestros y cuidadores que participan en la crianza de los niños y niñas desde la investigación en neurociencias y el desarrollo del cerebro.

She has been the director and founder of the Vueltacanela Child Development Workshop, an early childhood project, for 28 years. She is also the co-creator of the Parenting with the Brain in Mind Model that supports families, teachers, and caregivers who participate in the upbringing of children based on research in neurosciences and brain development.

En sus años en el Gimnasio La Montaña (GLM) fue representante del Consejo Estudiantil en varias oportunidades, Personero y el primer Presidente nacional del Programa de Conciliación escolar de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá.

She won the Iberomericano Prize for Children’s and Youth Literature.

Carolina Vargas Jácome is an Organizational Communications professional and Marketing specialist with over 28 years of experience leading corporate affairs, reputation management, institutional relations, and communications across the educational, insurance, social, and service sectors. As Communications Director at Gimnasio La Montaña, she collaborates with senior leadership to strengthen institutional culture and deepen engagement with families and other stakeholders. Carolina is known for her unconditional commitment and a leadership style driven by enthusiastic, rigorous, approachable, empathetic, and strategic communication—designed to build trust, foster authentic connections, and spotlight the school’s educational mission.

César Augusto Rojas Silva is a Social Sciences educator holding a Master’s in Social Studies, a specialization in School Coexistence, Citizenship, Peace Pedagogy, and Conflict Resolution, and advanced studies in School Mental Health. His 20-year career combines academic leadership, educational research, peacebuilding, and faculty management in highly demanding schools. He is known for his approachable, reflective leadership style focused on the holistic development of students. As Middle School Director at Gimnasio La Montaña, he helps foster a culture of autonomy, leadership, empowerment, agency, responsibility, and critical thinking, in alignment with our educational mission.

Juana Cajiao Hakspiel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Universidad de La Sabana and a Master’s in Neuropsychology and Education, backed by 13 years of experience in early childhood. As a mother, former teacher, and leader of experiential education programs, she has directed preschool levels, championed innovative pedagogical initiatives, and developed family training spaces. Her empathetic and approachable leadership is defined by a deep personal knowledge of every student, teacher, and family. As Preschool Director at Gimnasio La Montaña, she nurtures secure bonds, social-emotional skills, and learning environments that promote the holistic development of every child.

Olga Lucía Cabrera is an International Relations specialist with 20 years dedicated to transforming students and educational institutions. Her postgraduate studies in Conflict Resolution and Bilingual Education, combined with a Master’s in Educational Management, have strengthened her work as a process manager, Head of the Social Sciences Department, and current High School Director at Gimnasio La Montaña. Alongside her leadership role, she maintains a close connection to the classroom by teaching 10th and 11th graders. This active involvement allows her to understand firsthand the needs, challenges, and aspirations of young people, steering her leadership from a close, relevant, and contemporary pedagogical perspective grounded in deep commitment and affectionate firmness.

Paula Camacho is a psychologist, a Bilingual Education specialist, and holds a Master’s in Neuropsychology and Education, with 22 years of experience in various roles across schools in Bogotá. Having served as a teacher and academic leader in both preschool and elementary school, she has guided holistic development and maintained strong connections with homes, enabling her to lead faculty teams, strengthen pedagogical projects, and build meaningful alliances with families. Paula is distinguished by an empathetic, approachable leadership style committed to the well-being and learning of her students, seeking to truly know each child while supporting the adults in their educational journey. As a mother to José María and Paloma, she deeply understands the rewards and challenges of parenting. As Elementary School Director at Gimnasio La Montaña, she channels her passion for education into strengthening a community that promotes the academic, social-emotional, and human growth of every student.
