At Gimnasio La Montaña, we believe that our team is the heart of our educational project. We have a team of approximately 230 staff members, most of whom are dedicated to academics, with the goal of providing our students with a comprehensive education of the highest quality.

We are guided by intentional, coherent, and rigorous planning, in which qualitative assessment, constant feedback, and metacognition are fundamental to developing autonomy and a growth mindset.
