At Gimnasio La Montaña, we believe that our team is the heart of our educational project. We have a team of approximately 230 staff members, most of whom are dedicated to academics, with the goal of providing our students with a comprehensive education of the highest quality.
Why work with us?
We are a community committed to excellence, respect, and continuous growth. We seek collaborative, skilled, and passionate individuals who share and promote our institutional mission and learning principles.
At GLM, we firmly believe that the student is the protagonist of their learning process, and that the teacher’s role is to design challenging, safe, and inclusive environments that respond to the individual needs of each student. We are guided by intentional, coherent, and rigorous planning, in which qualitative assessment, constant feedback, and metacognition are fundamental to developing autonomy and a growth mindset.
We deeply value critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and the integration of technology as cross-cutting themes in all areas, as well as the development of communication skills in Spanish, English, and French. Furthermore, we promote an ethical and civic approach in which students recognize themselves as agents of positive change in their local and global communities.
